WWW Wednesday: 6.23.2021

I haven’t done a WWW Wednesday in awhile, and I wanted to do one today because I am in the midst of reading some super great books!

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?

Daughter of the Siren Queen by Tricia Levenseller- This is the sequel to Daughter of the Pirate King, a book I devoured a few months ago! This book definitely has the same energy and fast-paced plot! I am enjoying it so far.

The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab- I know, how late in the game am I? Regardless, I am happy I have finally decided to pick this book up! I am not getting through it as quickly as I would like, just because it is so long. But I am still enjoying Addie’s story and can’t wait to see where it goes!

WHAT HAVE YOU RECENTLY FINISHED?

Enchantee by Gita Trelease- This was a re-read for me, and it was a lot of fun to be back in this world! While this was one of my favorite books when I read it 2 years ago, it didn’t hold up for me as much as I would have liked. Regardless, it was fun and I’ll be reading the sequel soon!

The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux- I am so happy I finally got around to this classic! I love the musical, so reading the book was so much fun, as I got to see a deeper level of the characters and see how the story changed when they adapted it. I would definitely recommend this to any phans out there!

WHAT WILL YOU READ NEXT?

One Last Stop by Casey McQuiston- My hold from the library is finally ready, so I definitely need to get to this before it expires! Obviously, I love RW&RB so I have very high expectations for this.

I Wanna Be Where You Are by Kristina Forest- I really liked the other Kristina Forest book I read last summer, so I am really excited to give her debut novel a try! It is short, so I have a feeling I will fly through it.
