WWW Wednesday is hosted by Taking on a World of Words. To participate, all you have to do is simply answer the 3 W’s.

What Are You Currently Reading?

The Bromance Book Club by Lyssa Kay Adams- I am literally obsessed with this book so far! It is so much fun and it made me giggle a few times because it is so funny. I also love the message this book is sending about toxic masculinity. I can’t wait to see where the rest of the story goes!
The Betrothed by Kiera Cass- I mean… I knew this book was going to be bad but like, I really thought we left bad love triangles in 2013.

What Have You Recently Finished Reading?

Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan- This is probably one of my favorite fantasies I have read so far in 2020! I loved the world the author built and of course loved the romance. I am so excited to pick up book 2!
Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia- This is the first horror novel I have read, so I don’t know if I wasn’t a fan of the genre or the book itself. A lot of people said this book was creepy, but I felt like it was just so chaotic I didn’t really get that creepiness factor others were talking about.

What Will You Read Next?

Incendiary by Zoraida Cordova- I really have no idea what this book is about because generally I like going into fantasies blind. I am using this for my next challenge for Disney-A-Thon, which is to read a book with magic in it!
Beach Read by Emily Henry- I really want to squeeze this book in before the end of summer, and my hold from the library should be ready in a few days!

  1. I want to read Girls of Paper and Fire! Sorry you didn’t enjoy Mexican Gothic more, it was confusing and there was a lot going on but I think it would make a good movie. And you should read Beach Read!! So good & funny

  2. I loved Girls of Paper and Fire too! And I hope you enjoy Beach Read, I really liked it. I have yet to pick another Zoraida Córdova after how much I enjoyed Labyrinth Lost, and this reminded me of it. I’d also like to thank you because I saw The bromance Book Club in Booktube and thought it sounded really nice but couldn’t remember the name 🥰🥰 Enjoy your reads!
